Greentree Homes pays a 3% commission at settlement on the full purchase price, including options, when a sale is made to a qualified purchaser. A qualified purchaser is a purchaser that has been accompanied by the Realtor on the first visit to the specific Greentree Home community that the purchase was made in, and completes the proper Realtor Registration.
